Time        9:30am – 11:30am
0 q4 Y, a: x1 l3 yPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
7 e6 @& A( Z8 S& |2 o& r  }- ?6 SFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
% n6 D8 H) d' ZRemarks:
3 Y. R  K0 ~, v% `+ t: N: g1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
5 a7 b2 G% \3 Z: l! U) X2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
* k/ N+ ?5 l2 w7 B! r9 d4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
; n- G# z1 s4 j( f7 M2 \1 ^: ~( \& ]5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
% K# R, w# d. F6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

0 Z! Z* J% j7 H; }2 WWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
