# z, e/ q: M" s% x6 v4 Q% ZPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
) v" b, O) w: p* @Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
# S9 z  E; |. k" l% g3 H2 Z       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
+ l: D' A) ~' Z2 ]& {, s% H) f2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
) |$ m" A9 b' D. V9 b  V3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
# ~, d3 w# R& a! d/ D; f4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
