Position title: Community Development Worker

- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to

- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population

' f1 G, ?& ^7 M! c5 t1 t% B- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of 0 @2 ?8 N. g' t' z

- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies' S8 ^, \/ W$ J- i
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

- work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)& K/ B* U* B& Q8 u( g5 F

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of 7 F. |+ l- n7 S1 W/ N9 {& Y/ ]
experience and education
! K9 w$ K" u3 m0 C- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
2 d6 L! Q8 ? g9 m) F- experience in community work and immigrant services

- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset& m7 ?: H, J4 B N6 k
