-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
4 G0 K9 V7 X7 g" v9 l; ?        implementation of the Summer Camps
3 G7 R3 v) B, X8 d* E8 q-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

5 S# K! E$ J2 s- m' J6 ?9 UQualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
( P8 x8 s1 V: q% [& u+ N* Y+ o: v# d# Q-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
& J. M! `7 U7 Q8 s) L3 k5 b5 X/ C-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
. o# p  ?$ D5 t0 z3 U/ p-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
9 }% M, E7 Y6 }3 {-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

+ b5 j5 n% H% L5 F+ \-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
8 R( F% z( u" K        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

3 m# \" f: m$ P. }( a$ \; dSalary
-        $14.00 per hour
