Responsibilities:
5 H/ N2 P9 e) r& e6 P-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
# I5 `0 @4 q/ A3 S( ~. u) B-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

* x* X9 r( r/ KQualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
7 H4 e& U5 V; j" S" z-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
' ^+ ], @) p6 ?. V% E-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
) Y/ G' p& s% C-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense
& R$ k! `% ^; o% h
Other Information:
' A# V  y* l3 \-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
8 {+ r! A5 F4 R% @        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
% I; E/ z3 K% |0 q9 ^-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

-        $14.00 per hour
