Responsibilities:* I2 X7 N, v! `5 F' z" u
- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the
2 x6 d. o3 F5 V ?7 J- I preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps. ~5 v' l! y; x. u/ y1 o
- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program S: A0 P. o! R4 S
- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies

Qualifications:
3 L- t" T' R6 P- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood 5 e* O4 u9 v8 N9 O
Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education! ]* m! n" ?( y5 b* h* f3 V7 x
- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children) n& s) ?! }/ b- G. o9 l
- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills! h# U* A! I) J* q1 x
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities. ?3 j' g/ }6 Q* F% x
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese. f. B/ f" V/ S7 `) U! R
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
% u6 i! Q R. c& `) { m- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
# k" R8 z! f/ ?( c. b- Returning student (should return to school after summer)8 K5 j% L7 F$ R. m; W( e6 E
- Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning) 7 e* n* g8 {2 j6 f1 n, x) w
and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
8 Z! m f, Z/ d! G3 x8 n4 C- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
