' g9 V1 g7 w& P4 _; d# }-        Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the
/ x, f8 n0 {+ @9 [: k4 k        preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
, |' K8 h" ^7 U. y/ H-        Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program
* g' g4 ]4 _  F+ J, m        Coordinator
-        Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

Qualifications:
0 k4 _4 w3 X+ b- _- [& m3 T1 W-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
) C2 c. u- L* Z) d% I$ r        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
( w9 T- ?4 G" b1 E3 f- z-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
5 ?7 ?7 X' [% u/ {5 {-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
3 P, r* z8 z& t5 r-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
0 A* @; v$ ^+ _9 |) W  g/ @" y4 L-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

# ]& o8 m, |( f& `6 W! ^  v-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
7 d, Z; F4 g& C) d$ a        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
