Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

' ~9 w0 |* F* ]- L' {Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

; ?9 o6 i& q0 M" n* X$ i  n: BSkill/Education/Experience required:
) G2 j: ]# J5 _- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
) ]" C- x: C$ l5 m7 T: n- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
% a+ t, p6 J# ]7 \5 u7 k- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
! H- N0 h/ E% @! A5 q/ Y  x- previously related office experience preferred;
2 g" [* h+ K" A) l* X1 {- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
4 _% t' c( U% N1 j9 L2 A. ]- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
3 D1 r9 T2 U7 n! g+ l' E& m7 l( \- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
