Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

: E- K* A. d4 g* xWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
  g4 e' \2 _! i" ?- QSchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
( `6 ~& x7 H* M5 C9 k- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
( a; ]& d: d) G4 G& f: B* l% h2 e- Paying attention to details;
. X' n+ M" O% g! u- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
0 T9 m. T4 u- Q. v5 Q- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
0 R' _; h- o$ G" U" l- Z* D! w- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
" w5 C% E, G2 [3 A5 h0 X- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
2 q# I! d9 A9 u  U- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
