  d% {* U* q/ IWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
( T: K+ x; ^# M, r, ^5 kSchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
, l+ ?% U$ p9 y& K- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.

: J3 Z4 {. }" b. M$ g  G- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
* X: Z8 d' R5 P( G5 v3 G( k- previously related office experience preferred;

( {$ m/ I5 O4 @$ C* a' y3 M- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
2 ~% Q+ @$ m- F0 c! |6 \* p9 C- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
( [7 v4 {4 f: n/ a& ~( t5 `- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
