多谢，多谢。老杨你也可以试一试代理。其实代理行业就是从做IT起来的，他们在IT行业的根比别的行业都深且广。我家领导签过的两家比较大CNC和Robert Half。CNC是只做contract的，Robert Half的财会代理在加排首位，IT也不错。代理一定是不收费的，他们从雇你的公司收费。如果你找到收你费的代理，那一定是假的。代理和你签约之后通常会把你推上去一、两次，如果这一两次你不行，以后他也不会联系你的。因为代理每次只能推荐一个人到公司那里，你不行的话他手头别的人也没机会了。
