买车看排名??

朋友要买车,拿了本汽车杂志指着一个汽车质量排行榜和我讨论....
呵呵,买车要是按照这个排行榜买就傻瓜了!
重要的是:质量和品质是两个不同的概念.要说品质---还是欧洲车吧!不信的话把车拆开后比较下就明白了!
每个车的技术含量不一样,放在一起比是不合理的.如果这个排行榜上有自行车,估计前几名都是自行车!简单的,传统的产品一定不容易出问题!
有朋友说的皮实耐用,抗造,个人觉得还是欧洲车吧,我有很多体会!
买车如果在乎车子的一两个小毛病,而放弃产品的本质---品质,是绝对不理智的!
最重要的是:根据个人的经济实力和喜好买适合自己的车!不要相信媒体和广告,因为它们都是吃人的老虎!
以上是一个老司机的十几年开车体会,希望对朋友们有帮助!

I had a MB E sedan, 1995, got T-bone by an Epcor huge truck this month, the whole driver side was pushed in, but driver, my wife, was 100% OK. very sturdy structure design.

Looks like you got me wrong again, my friend. I totally agree with dvd. What i mean are those medias and magazines are more or less doing advertisement on their"comsumer guides". We all need to beware of that

JD power is the biggest asshole who takes huge money from manufactures to make them upper position by "getting training and quality program consulting services".

JD is avoid from taking bribe, but its contracts are high priced.

Suzuki,to my knowledge, paid JD half million in 2007, to get "trainning" .

I don't know others yet.

MB always refuses any service from JD, and JD is prety mad at MB....

See, there always bull crap in those areas, but in some portions of "guides" are pretty easy to idetify that they are doing fishy things or totally not professional. For example, in 08 "Truck and SUV comsumer buying guide", fuel econommy ratting:
HONDA Regeline: 14-22MPG average , 4 stars
Chevolet Avalanche: 14-22MPG average, 2.5 stars

They think people are blind and can not see that avalanche is way bigger, heavier vehicle with bigger engine, but still get samilar or even better MPG.

是，在一定规模的事故里，日系车的损失率都比较高。同样的等级的事故，多数美系和欧系都还能轻松修复，或者说还值得修复，日韩系的都已经total lost了。当然，保人命是最基本的，个产商的大多数车型都能做到很称职的保护功能，就看自己是不是在事故里是拥有物理优势的一方了

Malibu is better than Camry, I don't think so, I drove both of these duo, far away

Fusion also better than Camry I don't know becuase I only drove once 07 Fusion SEL V6 AWD, noisy, good handle, still far behind Camry V6 SE. But JD says fusion is more reliable than Camry, I cant comment on that becuase I am not in a multi brand name shop tecnician. I think people's expectation on Fusion is low, and they are easy to be happy with Fusion. and Camry customers have high expectation and felt kind of bad of the problems they encountered.

Anyway, I just DON'T BUY ANY JD POWER result becuase this firm promotes GM for over 5 years and GM is still down to the shit hole. The quality still suck!

Colbat suck             Corolla SX4
Malibu so so             Camry    Accord
Impala so so             Avalon n/a

Pick Up
Cayon suck
Silvarado/Sierra  Good

SUV
equinox super suck (same as suzuki XL-7 horrible)
tahoe/yukon so so

Cadillac Escalade I like it very much, not for the quality though.
Chev Avanlanch (07 or newer) I like it

That my whole idea, but please do not argue, simply show what you like about GM.

do not worry, I won't sell you anything as top sales in Canada.

I have all the cars that I don't like on the lot, so, save your concerns, according to your judgement, I should say any brand name is good then I can sell them all and make money on them.... but that is not the case.

don't worry about other people's business, just keep do your repair or service with people that trust you. I don't need your trust anyway, so , i won't earn your business.

oneday, you drive a new car, don't forget what you've said.

why are you so concern level? this is the reason you always rebute other people? Did you write any thing that has relevant story?

I know you are in a shop, so, write some stuff like Dr. Auto did, he works in a nice mercedes dealer on shinning floor. I like him becuase he wrote a lot thing that makes sense. I did not see anything similar that you wrote about your business. most things that you do is to rebute others, that makes you "higher level"?

If you can write more original thing, instead reply others, it is more than good for this bbs.

只是我个人的经验的说啊.
我的意思是:没钱的时候买辆简单低档的车,可靠性好些,价格又不贵,高档车是爽啊,可那一大堆电子产品和高科技玩意儿不出问题才怪,还是有钱了后再去享受吧!我只是个人觉得欧洲车的品质的确很好,但丝毫不想左右别人的看法,买车还要看个人的具体情况.
我有一位车评记者朋友,现在的实际情况就是所有机构和杂志都是有偿车评服务和排名,给了钱真的是什么话都敢说的.不给钱就会给脸色看的!
我只是希望多些朋友不要上别人的当.....
唉,这话题越说越乱.....

As reality, you can not live with out the people like me, and you ganna pay any price we want for a help. An other thing is, any body can be one of the sales people, including me, so i dont worry at all.

楼上各位,中文论坛长的回贴就用中文吧. 我同意LZ对于这里汽车媒体的看法, 都TM是一丘之貉, 消费者报告曾经把RIDGELINE评为年度最佳PICKUP, 当时RIDGELINE刚推出不到一年,而知道今天, RIDGELINE仍然乏人问津, 各主要媒体的PICKUP评比也多不把其算在内. 我想10万美元以下的车谈所谓"品质"是很可笑的, 用上钛合金, 高级铝合金或碳纤维了吗?
