$ t3 t. l) ?5 Y3 mPosition: Community Rehabilitation Outreach Coordinator / Wage: $19.20 -24.08 Hr. 35 hours week / Terms: Permanent Full Time / Closing Date: Position remains open until suitable candidate is found.

Abstract: the position provides assessment, service coordination, supportive counseling, advocacy, practical skill building and crisis intervention to adults who are living with a severe and persistent mental illness.

/ C) q/ u3 G0 c8 [8 d3 PRequired: a post-secondary degree in a human services field; relevant experience working with a mental health population; supervisory experience; excellent writing/documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; appropriate boundaries with clients; access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility in hours are required.
