The service quality of Questrade

Lot's of people complain about Questrade's telephone is hard to dial in.
2 c. `  O5 \1 [# \* @5 A0 XI tried their phone number 1.888.783.7866 almost 1 hour today, only heard the busy ring.
Really worry about their service.

You'd better use their live help online. Each time when I have problem, I always use the live help, sometimes I have to wait for a while, sometimes I get immediately help depending on how busy they are.
