" a* y9 }& O2 X* h: |The Executive Assistant is responsible for: providing executive assistance & support to the Executive Director and board operations. He/she plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with the executive office. This position must understand, engage/respond appropriately with executive & board matters.* m5 U" H% i7 O5 U* R" O
3 H6 _% a2 q& u2 vEducation/Experience: Degree or diploma in related area; experience in executive & board administration is required; a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position; an equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.

O, c+ gSkills & Abilities: specific skills & demonstrated competency in computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and @Ease) and information management (organization/management of files & records). Have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational & strong problem-solving skills + the ability to flexibly manage multiple tasks.

PLUS: ability to work under pressure, plan ahead, anticipate/manage changes; uses considerable judgment to manage day-to-day decisions, prioritize work, work independently/demonstrate initiative; attention to detail, accuracy and quality; builds & maintains positive and productive relationships throughout the organization, maintaining confidentiality when appropriate.
