The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT") @: e2 A! K( |9 p& I1 M

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

/ _$ e, J# E$ X. UOK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......  [, N9 a$ V% l! X

5 F, _; W: K8 D6 }- cIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.
7 R: x4 N8 E& _0 d6 n( R2 M+ O- p& r- t9 L! h5 I
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.! q, r' r* B4 P/ t( H1 `

$ K( }9 t' O/ c+ U2 t( ~BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.
- V7 o' y; }& B; e9 B) j  s, e+ J4 Q5 {$ Z
ISSUE THREE:UPS
: z/ ]; g/ b' m- a; r8 P. a8 W& B5 I& R9 j
TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
/ c! {: y* |( v. i% l8 {$ B$ M# k7 e( V6 s# J  c
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
. b& Q6 l: P! i' w5 o  G' m+ L7 t. S( l$ ~6 v7 g
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:$ ~6 b2 g$ p) P) n

0 `! g' K! e. U/ ~3 G' o: |at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!. q- r- I9 x: i. [. G

at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.; s/ K6 E# O: T1 z/ {9 h

1 W, Z$ b  Q: a7 M# sISSUE FOUR:BMO* T+ U% _- Q$ q+ `9 J; S

[4 @" s6 N* `" L/ ?: VBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!  e# o- \' x9 G9 W6 K
$ M7 e* Y0 [5 Q  i6 m" @$ e; l1 a) u
I really learn so much NEW today...................$ L7 `: i# [) R7 v3 I
* G/ ?1 K7 v# @
HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
9 n9 o4 n- h7 D! V所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
( p/ Q% R& k/ b因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)% f% p  H( b5 d6 s
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
$ L, u* Z8 B% z2 q- f也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!: o, m' J$ j. ?, D" V* h/ r
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
- N1 h1 @/ w. C  T後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
" j& E7 {' d% }有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
: i( A" b/ f$ G9 e, CDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。6 u0 g; `( l" a$ z
& \5 c* f: b  Z! T: Y$ {' Q  k
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!0 ^6 D1 O& p9 A) B  T8 y" L0 G
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。3 Q- c3 i# Q! X
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?7 b4 ^# t5 o5 [4 K6 g" B
$ q  c9 I' H) n0 P
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
  e" ]4 U) G5 Z% M就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
# u; {3 e7 b$ D+ p1 R6 F, X: Q; |這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!% ~+ G* Y) i. P9 \, K
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
2 Z6 D/ Z) L, C6 |3 t; U不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
9 R7 \& R; h# t日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
2 v+ o" w1 ?' m# k' L. @所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!
$ c( D0 }% Q0 H0 i% V" Y* z, u) S! T, h7 H$ U, Y# Y
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
% f  B# w7 u, F$ p' XLast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing# c+ O- o. J0 B' u/ P

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
