wage: a payment usually of money for labor or services usually according to contract and on an hourly, daily, or piecework basis —often used in plural bplural : the share of the national product attributable to labor as a factor in production

salary: fixed compensation paid regularly for services

个人理解wage就是基本按照时间（小时）工或者计件工，在这里overtime就是1.5倍，所以二月和三月可能有很大不同，差别可能是（23-20）/ 20 = 15%
salary是月工资，每个月工资固定，二月和三月一样。
