We select only the top candidates and those with exceptional skills have the opportunity to advance as store managers and to work in a variety of locations throughout Canada.

Criteria for selection for Cash Managers (Wage $14+):

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
2) Able to interact well with staff and work in teams
! S" Q# Z  S8 i( ~: v  x3) Excellent with mathematics
' }* o" s8 @) X4) Proficient in computers.
& u( n  \' a% E2 |" ]' C3 N9 F5) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Criteria for selection for Assistant Front Store Managers (Wage $18+):

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
2) Ability to work in a fast pace and to multitask
- |% [8 Y/ M" q8 o3) Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
4) Well-organized & focused
7 ?5 R& S0 n6 o5) Able to assign tasks and lead work groups.

7) Work well with other staff and in teams.

Individuals who do not have the ability/skill to become managers may be offered continued position as a staff member if positions are available. All candidates must undergo 90-day probationary period in which they are subject to periodic review of their performance/progress.
