Firstly I have received an update from the Suncor Voyageur Project. As you may already
know this project has been downsized from $3.2 billion to $1.3 billion. We now know that
/ u# u1 o1 V! Pthe number of field trades people will be dropped from 1800 to 300. Now we are also being
, T% U: L8 U) T& V. q3 v2 v* X& Ytold that by the end of December there will be no LOA offered. At this point I do not know
if this includes the MNU or SEP projects which should wind up in the spring of 2009.

各个公司一般都是今年后半年就开始制定明年的财政开支计划了。如果2009年年中到年底石油继续下滑，跌到30块/桶甚至25块/桶，那将对各个石油公司2010年的财务开支计划产生重大影响，真的到了25块/桶的时候，对的Fort Mac的影响也将是巨大的。
