As a Case Manager or Community Outreach Specialist you will support clients as they move from the street to living healthier/safer lifestyles. Program services are delivered one-to-one in the areas of life management, crises intervention & management, decision making, community resourcing and employment related services/supports. 0 R/ @- w! i: a- c

Key Qualifications for both positions: post secondary degree with 2 to 4 years experience or equivalent. ! |7 F8 e& C4 k# ?& F+ U
