Any suggestions on Car maintenance?

1 b! q, G7 W1 I# D' f3 Y1 P3 UI have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:
; x' m7 a( j; {/ s& N% r  z( C
& r* o  ^8 Y- u' p4 d+ P8 v1. Transmission flush 219.95
; ~" _' C* z* R2. Power steering flush         99.95        
. N" E2 v, \* s# @" S; k+ V3. Brake flush         99.95
4. Coolant flush 139.95
- U) `; C( }; Q" ?5. Major Emission service        174.95
6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
