We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
; s' v6 F7 _* D  Q6 O, O8 g
- r7 B( W+ L9 VDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
5 u; g  a- Z" \* ?6 E# J5 V$ {•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
/ z  g8 w1 n( [$ o•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
# L; H/ L; r- F  ^% _, B•        Degree in the area of human services;
* n& O4 T+ l7 M( O, S& x$ K5 m•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
6 B" r6 h; o/ c; q9 B- i•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
