" B$ a7 Z3 [5 h1 M. u0 \ We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
! ^2 ?- x# B; j: I/ C% V0 k•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
: k# B/ t0 ~! U: ~, L% v% F•        Able to travel extensively ;
7 |* C% F( L, Q  D! r# `•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
, Q- g& O; p' {: n$ B" N5 {; M' u•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
