- W% X% |" V' D/ {/ u We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

" W4 P1 H/ V- H; ZDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
8 e; u# q* r; s9 o1 m% X•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
4 j- {- l; d# b5 A8 T•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
0 `# S0 U/ \$ k5 q  A! H" c9 Q8 z; H•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
' c# J0 y0 _2 l, V•        Degree in the area of human services;
; ]! n2 v. a, p! l9 E•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
0 G2 g3 \- |6 M  z•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
