8 Q$ U+ s3 F+ P! f4 E We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
/ {- G" ]# b* {* P6 Z; ~& a
- x* ?) t( ?( s2 _/ Y+ ZDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
1 l( _5 L; j5 U/ R6 A3 ]•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
3 I. w. ?" O7 W9 }0 b•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
8 T- Z9 W7 ^* u" |& V9 u) [•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
1 e# |5 i" N1 I) p•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
& c9 F1 ?9 H8 ^  t# ^•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
0 Y' q" Q5 Y: ^9 k•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
