Major Responsibilities:

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

6 o; G7 d4 L; T# cAccounting and Admin: g! K; I3 X) a: {, N* ?2 x
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
6 t0 Q' z6 a: ], D( ^o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
2 ^7 [3 P6 m0 p5 t# e) ?o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.( G$ C" s. ?3 ?+ ]6 E
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
4 B1 `5 p9 F- B2 Z0 e9 ^, ko Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.9 e* l8 J) e) O2 t ]/ \
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
& w7 W$ T5 Q5 B$ ho Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
: f8 v, q. p% io Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.8 d. n8 l- x3 w. A
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.- M" g. I3 A' {6 J
Operational:+ z- s$ @, |& C' M7 c
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
' n# i; t9 A1 y4 s8 qo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).* n/ |: c2 l) E
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.- G% m; b: d: z
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.# V7 k4 y9 I, ]; |8 h( ]! y% d
o Hotel and travel bookings.
# R& c( i; W; p2 c6 @( N1 Wo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.7 ?- n) r( n' e" g! Q2 l. t# Y
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required." B" o& t+ N5 z7 H/ ~2 N6 G
o General office filing.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.2 K! I' Z8 m* p
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
