Accounting and Admin:
4 {2 t X: ~- o. y2 l9 zo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.3 ?- v9 F% G6 u
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.3 B: ^( K) K( i3 d+ b
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.: ~9 u# l- r0 n7 i4 D3 _! O& N
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
0 W7 m6 ?: P4 A+ a% Zo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.6 }! V+ m- Q. I0 s' f, A6 l5 z
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.6 P/ L2 Z' m; Y# ~' T6 L
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.; M0 a4 o- D2 O$ z- F/ P
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff./ z/ J) |2 E- k9 i
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented)./ ]$ h8 u3 v$ M8 e K* K
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
( ^) P6 w# u( L6 U# t' ao Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

% q$ f1 A) p7 i; p! Ao Telephone and reception.

o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
