Abstract: reporting to the Manager, Member Relations & Communications, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Member Relations & Communications Team through timely distribution of materials and merchandise, support in event registrations, onsite event assistance, database maintenance, invoice maintenance, and reception relief.

6 _( e' f3 J% l$ lKey duties include: Volunteer Program; coordinate kits for volunteers; manage lists of potential volunteers/updating Dbase; provide administrative support (logistic for meetings, agendas, minutes and distributing materials) for various committees and; coordinate targeted mailings. 8 Q: I' H" o8 a' x: y1 B7 n

, Q& Q2 X# J) i9 e% L7 eRecognition Portfolio: manage lists of targeted individuals/update Dbase; assist with assembling materials for nominations for community awards and coordinate targeted mailings.  w) o& H) Y! m. O" L6 _2 h

General Support: assists onsite with events; provide reception relief; coordinate kits for staff, new members & transitional CAs; receive, organize and maintain communication materials/photos.% I  Z9 u- C/ k0 R1 k

Website: coordinate/distribute emails; maintain the Employment Opportunities, Referral Service and Volunteer Opportunities portion of the ICAA website  U6 M6 ?  C# V- U' v

Spot light Magazine/Invoicing: receive/organize invoices for various activities; coordinate invoicing process and organize filing system for invoices.

Qualifications: a diploma in office administration combined with some work experience. Additional administrative experience will be considered in lieu of formal post secondary education. : R4 g" l, R* A% N- o' u

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and have experience with a variety of software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet. In addition good oral, written, interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work within a team setting are required.
