关于保险的问题

我通过了五号牌考试（2008年1月），上了保险课。今天给保险中介打电话被告知，如果在老公的保险（家里的车是以老公的名义上的保险）上加上我的名字，需要额外加20%的保费。

i do not why your insurance company will surcharge you by 20 percent.
what is the name of that company?
