很多朋友想知道现在的房屋贷款利息怎么样？
要回答这个问题，我们必须看一下利息的历史性变化，尤其是加拿大Prime Rate 的变化。

         最高值：7.50%；

不懂Prime Interest Rate 是个什么概念？跟其他的利率有什么区别呢？能否介绍一下？

Prime rate originally referred to the interest rate at which banks lent to
favored (prime) customers, i.e., those with high credibility,
though this is no longer always the case.

在房屋贷款中，Prime rate 实际上充当一个参考利率的作用，有时翻译成“基准利率”。

提到温度，我们知道冰水混合物为零度，提到海拔，我们知道海平面的概念。

同样道理，一般浮动利息的房屋贷款(variable-rate mortgage)都以Prime rate
作参考值，其利率一般为 Prime rate 或加或减一个百分数。
现在，variable rate mortgage 的利息一般为
Prime + 1%, Prime rate 为2.5%.

由于经济动荡，利息经常在变，欢迎打电话查询。
现在是重新贷款(mortgage transfer & refinance)
