本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

. v4 q8 E4 \3 k. K" W' i0 Q我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.
  v% v2 B5 V4 Q0 D9 z- e
+ |$ g9 G5 ~* q" w  L  v/ V因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
' b; b2 Q9 B! U- ~有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？
