8 m  [: p5 d8 [5 t* ^% w) I/ h% |Position: Project Coordinator / Terms: full-time, annual salary $49,500 / Closing Date: August 07, 2008. > The FCSS Association of Alberta is recruiting a Project Coordinator to assist the Executive Director & FCSSAA Board in providing support and resources to FCSSAA member programs.

E: t4 y! l  ^) j# I: CPosition Abstract: The Project Coordinator will coordinate the development and implementation of FCSSAA events & initiatives to support the work of local FCSS programs; assist with consultation between the FCSSAA Board and FCSSAA member programs; be a resource to local FCSS program directors, staff/boards; and assist the FCSSAA Executive Director in implementing Board initiatives to accomplish annual strategies of the FCSSAA Business Plan.

0 [( H, R: Q- ~, D6 \$ k2 vThe successful candidate will have: a university degree in the human services/social services field; however, a college diploma with at least 5 years work experience will be considered; experience working with community development processes, and non-government & government agencies; an understanding of the provincial FCSS Program & preventive social services.

PLUS: experience working for a non-profit board/committees; facilitation & presentation skills; good sense of humour; project development/implementation experience; strong written/verbal communication skills; computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, e-mail and internet.

Note: some travel and weekend work will be required to support FCSSAA member programs and the work of the FCSSAA Board.
