DESCRIPTION:

, S: ]1 b2 l: K9 i( vGrandin out of School Care and Daycare is registered as a non-profit corporation.  Grandin has both a Daycare and Out of School Care in a shared building facility located at Grandin School.  September 1, 2008 we will become an After School Care Program exclusively.

3 c( l3 V* m9 b  q( gThe Grandin Out of School Care Board of Directors is inviting applications for the temporary position of child care worker to start as soon as possible.  This is a full time summer temporary position with the possibility of progressing into a permanent position.  This position involves working directly with the care, programming, implementation of programming of school age children on site and on field trips off site.

QUALIFICATIONS:
8 p; s0 p8 l6 @0 N* _# Y7 i        Commitment to the ideals expressed in the Grandin Daycare mission statement and a desire to work together with sponsoring bodies:  Catholic School Board, Grandin Administration, Grandin OSC Board of Directors, Staff and Parents.

7 V( K0 r; F8 ~        Experience working with school age children
        Responsible, ethical, good communication skills with parents and staff

         Providing nutritious snacks for school age children in an Out of School Care setting
        Supervision of school age children on field trips off site
