如果你曾经申请过PGWP，但是现在已经过期了，那么你就不能再次申请
如果你现在正持有效的PGWP工作，在PGWP过期之前你是可以续满3年的
当然有个例外的规定，读两年或两年以上的专业的毕业生才可以申请到三年以上，一年的项目只能申请到一年
