The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

; s- H9 S# H1 D# I$ gHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

3 V+ h' k4 z- Z' v4 ]) ^= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
& V9 H9 g9 \) [9 u- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

* c  R/ n" h7 t$ j4 t! j0 X- ~- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- M8 D" e; D4 i- }: G- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
