  G& P# U) x% t7 o: fThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

+ {4 i& R* Y: b  a= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

1 m5 N7 V  K) D; d6 i- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

$ q! q6 P5 H; C9 ~; L/ j+ F5 r3 d
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria

: |9 u" l1 v9 g2 @" ?2 ?; {And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
