CSSA trip to Vancouver and Victoria in the Spring (April 27 - May 2)

: j" ?, w3 T/ F6 K0 V6 lThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
  N6 d: n& |- W1 A7 q9 p6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
, w& w8 ]7 _' M4 @; R6 X- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


5 V. [( N  X+ ?+ c- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
6 b5 E* `! |4 g. p4 {8 j/ @6 [- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- `/ l, f  H3 @+ b- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

, E! x' \9 c) F. G0 Z; {  N' j, |5 UAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
