Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

* U2 u( {0 d$ X' k= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
0 H  U7 Z3 C4 pThis price includes:
  F0 Q3 z% C' J+ P5 E9 A, f- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
2 @1 L# [/ h/ h( |- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
# D1 d- e: s: ^- Y; [& {- e; z7 C6 |- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
) B3 V; ~. K8 o8 T- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
