; s# C+ Q  g2 f0 L2 i3 v$ LWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
& l9 q6 `+ s' B2 y8 X/ g9 P9 `Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
. e' w9 o' \! Y' RProvides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  \2 |( y( [$ ]4 [! ]5 ODesigns, develops and implements MySQL relational databases

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
) E( i/ a# H, ?' S1 Q% S4 m$ r4 [Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
' v: s6 ^- ^2 }& DStrong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
