-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
-  has taken an English language assessment test?
. g5 f& \, R. |( w" V/ t: g0 q-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

& e1 A: d1 L6 g* v9 e0 hIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

2 [0 f2 A. k2 U' M- f6 fMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

( D7 }! d* F8 v1 lCounseling to help you find what is right for you.
+ e; u" G' H/ `$ ?7 U8 {$ t9 KOpportunity to develop your English Language skills.
Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
Information about community agencies and services.
/ M( z1 U* y! e& CInformation about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
$ z! z/ H. k4 S1 O' a" eContinued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.
