脆弱，不坚强用那个次比较贴切？

而是在病人中做SURVEY，然后分析。在说他们的心理状态的时候，也许也有身体方面的因素，老外总说FRAGILE。

同意，一般都会避免直接说别人脆弱。

'fragile' means:
1.easily broken or damaged

e.g. a fragile peace
6 N, X* ]8 {7 f3. physically weak.

So when we say someone is fragile, it most likely than not means this person is not physically strong, very close to delicate. But I heard some people use it for the meaning you mentioned, but on kids. Therefore, personally I will still choose 'vunerable' and yes, it refers to both but both fit.

) W+ O/ X6 r; z' I2 L8 Ffragile是指本身的脆弱，这个弱是因为当事人自身的原因，我们平常人在同样的处境下，通常不会有同样的反应；也就是说，当事人本身就不坚强

我再举例：

感觉WEAK更恰当些，不过太过伤人家自尊了点儿。WEAK是指心理深受力太弱了和扶不上墙的那种，自制力又差，总之大贬词一个。

1 Z' I0 ?" K% a+ ?2 ~哈哈，我不是要说同事啊，我是想用来描写某人。他吧，举个例子吧，比如洗牙之后，哎呦哎呦的，连饭都不能吃了。其实疼不疼呢，是有一点疼，能不能吃饭呢，肯定可以吃。不过就是自己娇自己，fragile可不可以当“娇性”（东北话）或者“娇气“来讲？

In oral English, "weak, not strong enough, not that strong" may be better. "Weak and strong" can be used in mentally and physically at the same time.Usually, "fragile' means so easy to be hurted and it can be unhealthy as well.
