•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
4 O  ]5 S( t# }) }  ]•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
) o3 {8 K6 T( B/ g' w: R) u# i: m5 X•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
( N2 h& q! p* \0 |8 i•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- J; m! g( i  l' `# Q•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
