There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
% c: H7 u9 x9 R7 ?! v2 L$ k# vduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
3 M' E/ H( d& D2 w8 e7 B. N dthere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 7 t! D2 D: N( d0 w
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of ' u! g/ v% b, J d/ y( |. K
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate : Q5 B& L/ u* c6 k+ }9 f: W6 J
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
/ B0 J2 p8 E8 y$ k6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
s ^% N2 i5 L9 A5 U0 Q(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
: Y( f' j/ k* Y" F' \: j, vprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult 8 w- ]# u) _9 F; z6 u; n" \' B
Canadians learn a second language.4 {7 g2 r8 D, D( G2 I
. B a1 U) @4 r1 r/ A1 P* h4 mThe CCI Program is open to citizens, residents & temporary Visa holders 4 S1 A# Y: B- Y8 S& q6 p z; D( R
(student, work, visitor), and those classes run 9-12 and 1-4 from Monday % \/ \( R6 }% S. G4 Q4 C
through Friday, with an average class price of $300.00 (4 weeks). These
& T3 }. u4 f7 v8 yclasses are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a
" H% s% b, |' O1 @. xvariety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different
- V" R# J! Z, t! mdevelopmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and
$ i8 `, }$ v) lPre-TOEFL.

$ d( K6 U$ g3 |/ X+ SIn order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -

write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your ) [) s; }* M- h! Y& ?
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
