There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
* b' h! [( ] [$ Wduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
( k, H6 W; N- {4 g- Ethere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 G$ B8 c% j% s, R# x5 K( {! R
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
6 Z: H1 y! a/ JEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
( Z* c9 Y) P S/ C" _1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
- N' m7 g: {# M6 f6 u6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
0 j, f6 F6 r3 c, ]( z(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
6 ^! [0 ]3 g7 ^6 K0 a1 T# Kprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult 9 R- B H1 [! W+ ~9 W
Canadians learn a second language.

(student, work, visitor), and those classes run 9-12 and 1-4 from Monday

variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different ! E6 T: w; g' m: q0 D0 w% e/ ~( }
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and

test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
