BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.% f# N% H: {+ `! Y: m2 i

, Q5 b9 _, A. `2 {! NThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

1 y! v/ a3 t: H6 N% h3 AOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.9 ]1 o. I6 s! g1 @4 A8 T

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.* x) T2 ]1 X. X# h
8 Z* ]# S% f. Z4 i% wHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).& H7 E+ @: V/ i2 J) m, A4 M
- ?7 k' O) y/ t% DHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
