My background:
- H O. M& @. yBS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

) I( o" `; U! L6 v8 m. FManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).3 t5 t; i4 u O- O/ h+ N

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.$ p. K, Q. ?" Q2 e( U6 a

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR " `8 o- w+ @, V+ S7 L" T" H. e
: [1 ~. F& A1 O* n ?- o" EThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.$ G7 D9 x3 F- }4 |

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.5 U( t; _0 E0 { W5 u! [
% k" _; C* @5 A, t D/ k% [HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.. T+ h% Y O5 v/ {, S) U
0 q n, O! \' O% K# D% g" N# W
HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

2 i# d. k6 B. V0 KHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!, @7 I0 l7 {* V: b3 Y
