Interview 1: by manager and technical leader

-Other questions:
7 u* _" ]5 q/ h9 X9 ?, wManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).1 u+ m3 k5 J5 y# A6 w. t' m% y
0 t. O2 B2 w8 o; ]2 }- x) h8 @Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

- Z; ^0 u! g6 M& b" [" mThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

# `4 t; c6 z7 v& E6 vOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

2 I# U/ w6 y& m8 E! J, Q% z' aHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).6 V2 R& _+ q. q# |) O! S+ W1 g
0 R! U( Z: L) m- ], ?HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.- }* c x" h8 `0 ]6 i

One hour later, I got a reject email!
