BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.4 z; c; m- V. D u
-Other questions:
: {$ J' ^4 }/ y& c3 ^" M* {Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).7 u0 b: Q9 ^6 `0 p& c4 y& F
7 K$ D" z* ]2 gFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

9 o% c* K7 R7 T8 E2 b& }The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.) y: ~' e4 q: q6 S( K1 q, ?

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.8 ]7 m- ]+ y0 n" \
' t7 n4 G1 d( G/ n) r3 k( rHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

* [/ k% h5 M! O+ M; P$ hHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada., Y1 R, ^3 w) M& H0 B! r% Y

What wemt wrong?
* A* F8 T( p. l8 r5 I5 vPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
