- [8 J, I2 @8 n" ~: jPosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

% z- o0 Q  G; Z. F) W0 NSkills and Abilities Required
Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.
' E0 c  F6 g1 Z& h
Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

6 d. F7 z: b6 Z+ {6 h- [Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

Ability to precisely follow written and verbal directions.
