ATGCell Inc., a spin-off biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) of the
University of Alberta, is focusing on the production and service of

3 B* P( L9 |& N9 z4 h% C  ?technology, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated researcher with
( Y1 P7 G0 x  \% S8 o) t5 Lstrong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness
to apply for government funding with us.

Qualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
3 \! n8 e6 @# f/ F6 [obtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a
related field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
from bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
# ~, `& Y+ \$ r% V$ drequired. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
' Q, x# z* `, {7 g1 }5 ocloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
# f' c+ Z3 x. D, A0 w3 P7 F1 q: P: aover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
/ `: d$ e  T# T# Pthe ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
accurate and complete research records.
