strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness

related field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
) Z+ U& P1 d: K8 kfrom bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is5 F' U- p: [) I
required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA( }9 N6 M5 K5 c" z, W& _
cloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
3 I! m; [; {% f) Y! @7 Wover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification; f( ^+ k) T% {: N# }, g
is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with( E7 ~6 B( [( o2 m- T
the ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping# k3 b$ M& F! s! O ?# I
accurate and complete research records. , L7 ~) ?* u, D1 Q& K) r# n
