Qualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will

' l4 T; ?% q: v3 B2 q m! L0 E! srelated field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification# @4 r4 X! M* i/ _: e: y
from bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is! C. s4 h$ G: T# {$ b) M( Z
required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA/ J/ H2 U" N! M: b# S
cloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
- C5 x( h0 t7 \4 _* B2 L* Fover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification! Y: o+ O& b9 {' \
is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with3 z+ ?/ ?0 g$ n9 j. ]: K# l3 M
the ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping0 @1 d# ?! }* A7 x7 U) `4 s
