Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
7 M: G& r4 E  i2 q. Uand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
2 S9 B3 E* [7 n4 p" j  DAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
2 C9 g$ D5 P8 c0 q0 M0 F& `0 X5 mI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
