Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
- T# G. F1 [+ Q9 f& H* `Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
( Y% v: V$ Z$ Xand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
- D) x2 h4 ?9 K! bWell, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
