Community Services requires individuals to provide quality customer service to the public at community leisure centres across the City. As a Recreation Facility Attendant you will:

Register patrons in programs.

; _" g8 J, t9 j5 n' C1 P) V e4 pCompletion of the twelfth (12th) school grade with emphasis on general office practice or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved school/college.

Assets: Customer service training and familiarity with a variety of computer software programs, including point of sale, registration software and other facility related computerized equipment. In addition, knowledge and experience in the fitness industry.
5 d/ S/ e& {4 zNote: A security clearance is a condition of employment. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Security Clearance letter from the Edmonton Police Department.

Up to 30 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday. Early morning, evening and weekends may be required.2 [+ K- g8 o! `0 J, U& d
Shifts vary based on facility operating hours, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.% y- f, }9 w+ c: [# b2 j

SALARYRANGE:
4 z8 I ?' v: M& O21B, Salary Grade: 003, $14.55 - $17.97 (Hourly). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.: U% Z4 M8 h- f" B+ U
