• monitor progress of agency service providers and coordinators

• identify community and user needs and trends

• conduct program evaluation/survey/research

• build, maintain strong relationships with all levels of governments, businesses, community groups, public & funders

• identify community needs and trends

• work with community and social agencies/groups to raise awareness of systemic issues affecting people from a broad socio-economic spectrum to social policy makers and to lobby for social changes in society, legislation and systems.2 x3 [# ?8 o6 f& c
• Identify funding opportunities and resources that enhance the agency programs/services and staff' i- r+ s v, ^& K9 s

Qualifications
+ \+ L3 Z& U! u: ~, |3 \- University degree in a related field;
" w0 d( @, l6 M: Y3 G$ L- Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit / voluntary organization;
9 N$ E( a1 u+ \3 n/ t7 A8 q$ }- Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management;
5 E3 ?6 M+ V+ |- 2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization " r" W$ c+ K% d7 n
* K+ T. p) d% {5 s8 C' A" pSalary- p9 j! K# ?6 }! O9 b2 G5 R
- $50,000 - $55,000 + benefits + T$ p+ V0 l* s9 s0 M
