there currently is a new java devleoper position avaiable in IBM calgary for maintaining existing system potentially on new projects.
3 T- T! x# L9 _8 nthe position is a contract position for 3 to 6 month with good potential to extend it.

1 L" X3 E% P9 |/ ghere's the short description of the position.
/ |8 _9 k( R7 z* o, T. SWork as part of the IBM team supporting our customer. Must be on site. There is no travel money available. 2 to 3 years experience in JAVA, J2EE, XML and DB2.
, J4 _; m9 B% }$ s7 kNice to have exposure to Main Frame and any financial system
Must be really good in communication within the team and with customer.
) `5 R  Y+ a. _* E; Tif having experience of level 1/2 support, great.

+ V: X: P$ a, s0 kthe key word would be java/j2ee/jsp/struts/commication skill/customer facing/team work/problem solving/troubleshooting/....it's a maintenance position at this time, but have potential working on projects.
