0 X$ a; G2 ~/ C. G1 D$ ]JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ J! Z2 D, P: H- D* I% ]: L
5 d9 d- e- z; ~1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
  ^3 b# V, p" H3 f' H- V
1 F; r; E* v5 G, C- C2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

' M9 a5 b, O7 K8 t( t3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

7 i8 v. D4 v1 v% n( v$ ]  S7 ]9 R4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

* C2 r4 j& K& r& v" U: g
4 ]/ I, x: e7 c1 H1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
7 a, K$ J  k$ Z
4 _: n) X) _, D* T2) Cashier experience.

8 l' y4 g2 W  w- j3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
