Shifts:            8:00am to11:00am - Wednesday and Friday

, g1 K- @! s1 ZJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

4 c7 B5 Q. x2 U7 R4 w, r DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

/ W- L' K; X  I- p' ]# E2 o. h1 Z1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

: ~  N4 ]+ V# B# x/ D7 n4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

& M7 ~6 R; E  o/ f, e; V$ N# ?7 [1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
8 ?$ A# Y' n: q! T
2) Cashier experience.
8 [" V- O5 n8 B+ j7 w
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
