JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

- M' R) |9 a5 m$ F1 w. q% l2 O DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

# k& F! p; G- X" l' k9 c5 e/ Y2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

) P' w1 G+ A8 |+ _" ?& N3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

# {) T* i$ v. y& _6 y) z/ R$ d5) Serve as cashier when required.
! I6 K% A& N2 K: L
" W3 P$ }" C, V( D! V. K6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

. v& E" P2 X4 r$ l1 {QUALIFICATIONS:
; \# {5 a6 O; [/ P# G, M/ V
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

" I0 s! n; R* O' _" E2) Cashier experience.
: |5 S9 ^- y5 _4 V$ M( p
( M  E) k  ^" F' W3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
! m3 g  l3 k* ^9 i/ I
6 l6 R- H1 F8 E; B4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
