JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

1 _+ Z% u! x6 N' |9 J DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

" B4 z$ ~' C* C7 R  C" a9 o1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

  O% ]0 }4 J" [+ g  q$ Z2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
' [+ U* @& M( j' q# }7 x: \  d
3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

& h: r) M! |. d% B& C. z0 _; K& Z' S4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:
! e8 s% N; @7 A9 U! o9 q
8 E. Q- K- u7 r1 Z' n+ `' @1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
; u; v2 R) p3 b; P  a5 N/ T" Q
, E5 q3 e5 j5 ~4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
