JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

/ a: D! M* H) ?& n4 @ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

4 K" _( C7 x, l' c7 V8 z$ a1 c1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

$ w- ~$ c$ W4 _0 |3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
- E3 S, V' R; j  g- F2 B
2) Cashier experience.

& {# E6 f! [( L: x4 `8 l  U. s+ X1 @3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

+ w) Y4 h7 r* J4 j7 y. ^+ P2 v. W5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
