a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
$ B5 D/ {- K# e. o8 I5 Y) o1 {and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
8 n, I& W* p! J! A( E0 ?3 IPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
. i$ Y1 I2 d- M( T! iintegrated system/circuit design.

$ `$ d5 A  ?, S5 j" i4 ?! V% ?* FThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ l7 J) }9 S; y/ L* i(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ d- `+ F' w9 M% ~9 [; Z6 Y, |' o(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
