申请者应满足如下条件:
0 G- K  j% x+ D9 Ta) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
  b) G( r- W8 I3 x1 y$ l, Fd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
3 }% X7 e( x' z' Me) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

. A% S3 `; l0 _0 l+ {* aPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
% Z, N# V% W6 [% M1 [  {0 oPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: g! p  T6 o4 R0 M7 p(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
/ u5 m  o* ^: k" C6 U( K8 L% G. c(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
/ p5 ^+ D' _- T, f$ u' r8 b(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
* g, h  `/ l) l' ~! R(e) A good team work player.
