' _* m9 E) |" g; w3 }1 Oenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
1 J! N9 r4 g' I. w1 oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
$ U  d% w: I  I! t6 O4 T9 KPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
' k3 t: D! R6 G3 E6 D& C; nintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ s8 d+ n, y+ x/ S/ ]+ O' H(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
