Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
: \) \) n5 c: h9 `3 Penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- D4 a. w" j6 _2 M4 a! e7 _& \Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

/ ^8 ~) }" X9 Q- l8 OThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
; H7 M9 T, _' K1 ]9 A(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
% u. T, j8 o' H* k1 G9 x(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
5 S- P; a0 V3 t; x' U) B(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
9 x7 Z+ g8 \! J6 H8 G(e) A good team work player.
