% ?6 n+ \6 s! L8 II sent an email to CIC buffalo yesterday inquiring about my case and got the reply:

"We have requested background information from other government
/ \7 X$ v& v) B% j: ~4 woffices(s). Unfortunately, we cannot provide a date when the processing
0 E5 k/ u' B. U# ]6 Bof your application will be complete. We cannot respond to requests for7 Y3 x- T# t+ S) w
the status of your application before this information is received."3 j# k6 \2 Z. b" A$ }% [1 M/ n" m
7 M& e; H! ] L' W$ p7 b, u
Does this mean I am undergoing background check? Is it a normal BC and security background check(SBC)? Anybody has idea about how long it is gonna take? Thank you! |
