那么他想转学的话：

8 l$ x. O0 ~" z1 z/ I                时间期限、学习成绩、学分数量等要求？具体如何？

先上一个普通大学或者college再转到好的大学是可以的

因为学分转的可能不合适或者其他

: N. x0 P7 m8 |there is no difference for admission no matter you apply directly for a better university or transfer to it. the only benefit is that after being accepted by a better university, people may have some courses taken in fermer univeristy transfered.
