JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- , K9 U9 u( @2 T7 X
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 5 t0 H$ ~1 N5 ?# K' \* W
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
& R. n$ H/ ~3 N m7 Pof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:! H& }# S( B" g$ q& y
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning . A9 G: r5 B) y r8 b* y3 x
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing." z7 P) N, z8 v. f5 F. h( k8 h* ^0 I
+ _& Y1 P3 r3 i! [6 x' [
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
7 B, A8 t/ k wprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.7 D5 {# q/ q' u5 R! R6 T
: c" c/ z, r0 y7 X: @/ s3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of * z# N/ O9 l* w: n1 X) ]
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
/ z" E O0 _1 w; f8 r) Bkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

7 `6 z9 x& l( J% ?# e4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ; O4 Y& E, W' n: Z' }
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 9 h( j9 `) }. T# {
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.& {# k. p* U- {" v
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 9 b9 \8 S# ~5 ]$ P( ^# A
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.! T+ `- ^1 z! V

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
