Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
+ x4 B& U: f5 H- e3 Tof Course Pack production.

1 L$ U! z/ M' ]/ uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ p; Y$ p5 R5 z1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' G! E f. V) m# H- [1 Vof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.5 c0 W5 Q B3 q: r( v! ?

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
: H4 y- V2 o( o3 ^' O7 U( Q+ ~print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting./ Y) Z9 ^/ B* f8 B% X
" `, N# V9 W2 V5 x7 D$ \* w6 G, Z) L3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
, u: j1 ^/ O6 o1 G8 I bcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and " X+ H0 U& h: E0 k& ?
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
, r+ p4 i, O! jand adhere to regulations as appropriate.7 v9 _* A8 ^! }/ d' \6 q0 E

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
