SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical

of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1 i2 U! [1 X, o# j/ j
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ) h P7 i. S2 e2 i/ |
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing. F; m/ g6 O8 p& ]
+ E8 i% K b4 h* ~0 k0 \7 y) ]2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 9 E$ A( T+ _8 \8 n1 d; K
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.+ u9 X" y9 V# _
9 r& A) @3 Z4 {" C! ? Y+ @8 p7 J% z3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
5 @2 f. X$ ?, N* |" z, ]+ dcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 2 U$ v2 k+ V3 t0 w8 l
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.
