DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 \% K% Z2 K; g1 H1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
* D, o- b' V- K! @, p3 R6 Uof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.' V x& M; f4 \6 ]
# w/ {& m2 ~8 o. A2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
( c$ z6 ? h- bprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.1 `$ q( i% l( p
/ N( H' C% l4 E( m( J+ T3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ( p* L' m3 f' ~
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
) }9 L- Q% S5 B# s0 w$ |2 Ukeeping appropriate and accurate records.5 t% b m* l4 `9 q+ `( S# V3 T) }

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.5 Q8 J. h9 v b7 O9 z: F
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

4 b! f' J: v* P' L+ p3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.. t% x# B- P7 z# q

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.1 n: E# P6 K8 |# y0 G0 J
