Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the& t( ]% i6 [, R$ J6 ^( W/ N
festival.
# m8 H& t. H0 i8 i! Y4 r- bBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and. B3 y( ~, _$ |# G5 E8 Q' }
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft$ a- V& q3 ]* w0 q
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
6 S6 E9 {8 _6 }Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the6 j; J2 C$ Z- b8 {: X% U% B: f
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.' h2 D W ]' T
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
- C' _1 b5 x. Lvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the. A8 P$ S) g$ U, ~1 @- t" G) I% ]
recyclables.
( H4 y" ^& O7 LFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
, X7 [0 y! U; |" d' \part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.

8 O3 D8 B6 U4 Ithem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
* a+ N b" d4 J. s& K0 E6 [hours are part of this crew’s duties.

! g% {3 {/ u! ^, Y) g0 O- sfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for k. O* d) c) @! Z m0 {
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
, d9 l: S5 z: \* K. f3 ^+ VOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
5 Z! c* P9 f( D. W0 N7 x* Uevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the( E1 y# `7 R% o+ C! ]3 J

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is% h- n4 a$ f3 j( j
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
) g9 `1 s& ?1 _4 b6 ]$ R# Jare physically fit and ready for any emergency.( i/ w" |" T) S; I
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
2 p3 @" |4 R8 ]3 j- ~% band/or understanding of back stage procedures.
8 l# u& f3 Q. c0 _Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be$ p8 y& ^6 I; s% Q/ {2 J. K
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as3 X/ Q+ k9 B6 H! {% F) Y" ?+ V
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
6 u+ G: M; F# J9 n# Gstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
