Food Service Worker I - RATT
(Line Cook: Friday Lunches 11:30am-3pm)

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
) X- D% X' C9 q, W" N* |  b$ wOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

/ Z3 l+ ]$ n  \- I& |' l9 [2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
& ]: |' I; j+ p% f! u4 J
/ z7 N. s+ l) e) M' O3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

! {5 W6 r4 k+ t, X! p$ a/ l) X4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
; T$ Y4 v' g/ [/ B& n. \2 Zdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

, ]* E* a6 b8 W! l9 n6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

4 m' E; R! s  E) y7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
* G- p6 B. \" }3 F' S/ |Manager.

3 v# j* _% s  U+ \( oQUALIFICATIONS;

# P- m/ Z- U. l' ^1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
) G3 ~9 `& O) g. o& Q7 B- p) F! X) h
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

) K8 s* c7 D7 E8 {) p4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
