JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

; M  R5 ?  h$ x+ u; YDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

, t( k/ i* G0 ~" {/ ^* l3 j% [# S1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
, w$ r' f$ U0 q2 }( V3 w1 E. a
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
2 r9 K! |0 k" l6 a! n$ a" ]1 LCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
) r: a- E- R4 U' \" S& o/ D: p$ g
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
8 H3 N4 ~& B" d( |* E! A3 ?deliveries.
; ^8 ^# z- m$ c" P7 r) ~$ `
* v$ O/ E3 ^' p- K; c# c! E* F5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
- v) Y" s, E% k8 w$ G0 U
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

) u. z+ O9 G  j- OQUALIFICATIONS;

% Q" f9 [3 b0 c  Y4 _* s" b4 W1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

- ]$ C5 P0 O. M: e% L+ @4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
) G3 Y( ]/ Y* O
5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
