JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
/ [# ~5 l/ c5 s, y6 iOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
. j9 Q" v/ u/ D. A2 a% P1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
! m7 D% l4 C- L+ `$ M5 garea.
7 H7 J3 g" p2 H* \/ {( u
2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
1 J9 O  C4 m7 \  ~8 |; ^& `; P( ?+ ~clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

+ M0 D  c: T! ~1 g& D, J4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

: c1 R: h4 t* z% C5) Serve as cashier when required.
' q6 W/ d. P! J
- J, ~9 f3 C! f& T6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
  I' F' w$ D, _0 _3 Kfood handling and storage techniques.
2 c0 R" q  D+ ^' s; L: ~9 ~# W! l
2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
, s1 B' m5 n3 h0 ^5 g4 z
$ A+ d* U! s6 I. M3) Cashier experience.

: b! Z4 M( W2 F4 {9 e* g# N4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

! _" s' B4 |2 Z* x5 D# z' q$ p" E5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5 E4 X1 G: c6 Z6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
