i fully agree with you that a higher degree is better for the future. but for someone like me, get a college diploma is more practical, one reason is that some college programs can directly lead to a job in the job market, another reason is that i am not sure whether my English will satisfy the university admission requirement for post graduate program.
if u say this,then u can come here and go to a college to get a diploma, 9 E8 D& q6 K, f& ei heard lots of people go to NAIT(a college), E3 W. ]/ a$ }7 J% A! \$ y

如果你从part-time开始读的话,那什么也不要,有钱就行了.但不是所有专业都提供part-time课程的.( S4 Y; q! }" N( F0 {6 `' \, l% F
如果你从full-time开始读的话,要托福(或先在该校读一期ESL,这个ESL你要自己花钱的),还要花100刀把你在国内的文凭去认证一下.当然如果你选的是本专业,那可以去找学校里的program head谈一下,也许他可以把这些全给你免了.前提是你的英语要足以打动他.
